Are Women As Good Leaders As Men?

I think that to be a good leader you must be strong and smart. It doesn't really matter if its a boy or a girl. My point is that you have to be smart and strong to be a good leader.

For an example:

• Be strong at battles in meaning to have good plans and don't be afraid.
• Have your empire in a good place in terms of money issues.
• Be responsible and have time for the people.

Most people think that women are weak when it comes to battles. Well we all have to disagree on that because we don't really know the character of that person. It can be a woman and be strong or it can be a man and be weak. Most of the people think that women are weak because we show more kindness and fear to a lot of things, we sometimes might feel unprotected because in the community they say that men are stronger which makes us women feel unsafe some times. So what I want to say here is that you shouldn't just say "men are better at ruling an empire than girls", and you should see the person's character like if they are strong in the body and in the brain.
